Welcome to Umoto, the ultimate app for managing and maintaining up to five vehicles. By accessing Umoto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

User Eligibility

Umoto services are available to individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts under UK law. Users must provide a valid UK vehicle registration number to use Umoto.

Account Registration

Users are required to register an account providing their email, password, first name, and at least one vehicle registration number. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

User-Generated Content

Users can communicate with garages through the app. Umoto claims no ownership over user-generated content but has the right to use it for the app’s operational purposes.

Intellectual Property

Umoto respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. The app content, including text, graphics, and interface, is owned by Umoto and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

Users must not engage in unlawful activities, use foul language, fraudulently use other’s vehicle registration numbers, or leave unpaid invoices.

Account Termination

Users can delete their accounts via the app settings. Umoto reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these Terms, including for use of foul language, misuse of services, and unpaid invoices.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be directed to Umoto’s customer support at [email protected]. Umoto aims to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.

Amendments to Terms

Umoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.
